Coaching

- Change behaviors or habits
- Increase self-management skills and life motivation
- Increase creativity
- Develop relationship or parenting skills
- Change your career or develop a small business
Coaching is a mentoring relationship open to everyone. It supports people to move toward self-empowerment and reach their highest potential in life. I have supported coaching clients to successfully fulfill unrealized dreams, improve their present lives, and build internal strengths, which help them move toward a more balanced and satisfying life.
Coaching contracts are individualized and goal-oriented. I help clients identify their goals and visions, and create a concrete plan for action. Through the coaching process, clients remove blocks to success and move toward self-actualization.
Some of my successful coaching contracts include working with:
- An elementary school teacher to write and publish children's books
- A small-business man to organize and increase profits in his construction business
- A musician to produce a CD
- A group of therapists to create a positive business structure for their private practices
- I have also helped many of my therapy clients to develop life skills and establish healthy support systems in order to rebuild their lives.
